This course focuses on developing the skills necessary for successful client consultations using the Sankofa Mama 3-Step Method. It covers effective communication techniques, active listening, building rapport with clients, understanding client needs and preferences, and addressing concerns. Participants will learn how to create a comfortable and supportive environment during consultations, establish trust, and effectively convey their expertise and services to potential clients.

Classes will not be recorded. You must attend the live sessions or schedule a one-on-one make-up session to take place within 7 days of the missed class. A $25 fee will be assessed for make-up sessions. You must pay in full at the time of booking. No refunds.
