Service Description

Regardless of the outcome of your birth, postpartum preparation is essential. The postpartum period can be beautiful, emotional, overwhelming, healing, unpredictable and life-changing. This workshop is designed to help you feel more grounded, supported, and prepared for the realities of life after birth.

Cancellation Policy

Classes will not be recorded. You must attend the live sessions or schedule a one-on-one make-up session to take place within 7 days of the missed class. A $25 fee will be assessed for make-up sessions. You must pay in full at the time of booking. No refunds.
